Who's the Skinny Chicken?

Thanks Kelly, for this gem of a photo. Like I said in my previous post, I pretty much look exactly the same as I did in High School.

I'm so glad you posted it!! It's so funny! It was really fun to look through old pictures last night and come across this one. Way to go skinny chicken! I also found a couple from Rotorua. They are great. Breakfast at Sister __? house. ( I can't remember her name, she was so cute).

It was Sister Mihi Spence. She was always very nice to us missionaries.

How weird is it that we ate breakfast at some random house in New Zealand? And how weird is it that that's the last time I saw you? Who would have thought that the next time I talked to you would be commenting on your blog? Who even knew what a blog was back then?!

Yikes, I feel old all of a sudden.

Oh yeah!!! Sister Spence! she was so cute! I loved her. I liked how she said "Gillice", and "Heevenly Fatha" (sorry, is that bad?)

I've been staulking your blog...it's fun to see yours & Desta's pictures. What year were you guys married? You have a cute family. And you're in touch with alot of friends...Steve, Ben, Travis, Doug. What about April and Jenny and Lindsay?

It's great to be in touch after all these years through a blog! how funny. It's a small world.
You ever plan on going back to New Zealand? I want to go back SOOO badly! It's amazing there. I can't imagine living there for 2 years and then leaving. we became so attatched to our host families after just 3 days, we'd be crying when we left. I don't think I would have been a good missionary, I would have spend too much time crying over leaving people.
blah blah blah, sorry to blab.

James, do you still have the chicken head? I would love to see a remake of this photo!

Unfortunately that chicken head was not mine. I would love to re-create that moment in time but I'm afraid it is not possible.

There's the james I remember! and I love that the Geo Metro is in the background. Wow...good times in that car!

I am also pleased that the Mighty Metro is in that picture.

Oh, the thousands of miles we must have put on that thing.

You may not even remember me...Amanda Call (April and Beka's friend)...I think that Chicken Head was mine. April adopted it and had it in her vast collection of crazy clothes.
What ever happened to Tony? I think I have a picture of the two of you dressed up in pink dresses. good times :)
I still keep in touch with April. Beka has a blog too. I'll have to tell her about yours.
Your family is beautiful!
