Pack It Up, Pack It In...Let It Begin

UPDATE: Now With PHOTOS!

We are now officially in the midst of getting our move on. We got our keys yesterday and made a couple of trips to Payson with our car loaded full of our treasures (or junk, we're not sure yet). We have a bunch of pictures of the new place that I will let Desta post at a later time (This is James by the way).

It felt nice to actually be in the house we have been talking and dreaming about for well over a month now. Of course we have only just begun the process as we still have our old apartment filled with boxes and furniture/appliances. We will take some more boxes down today and rent a truck to move the big stuff tomorrow. Saturday night will be our first official "sleepover" night. It's a pretty exciting time for the Gillice Family. Oh, and Zoe totally loves the new place. She had tons of room to run around and dance and whatever else she does when we are not looking. The stairs held a particular fascination for her. She especially enjoyed our garden boxes in the backyard, or more specifically, she enjoyed taking the dirt out of the garden boxes and placing it on the stone walkway.

And for those of you keeping score at home:
Hours spent in Payson - 4
Mullet sightings - 3

Where have all the mullets gone anyway? (Is that a great song title or what?!) You just never see a good mullet these days... well, unless you live in Payson! Now I see the ulterior motives for moving! J/K
We're very excited for you guys! There's nothing in the world like having your very own place to toy with. We need pictures!!

Well, in order to fit in now, you have to grow your own mullet. I expect pictures. If we get a job at BYU, can we move in with you? We'll stay in Zoe's room. You won't even notice us. Good luck with all of the moving stuff. That is the worst part. The best part will be figuring out what to do wtih all of the space you have never had before!

I can't believe it. That place looks so nice. One day I hope to be half as cool as you two. I'm seriously jealous. That's it we're coming out there to sleep on your carpet.
Love always, Ben

Niiice! I love the double closets in the Master and double sinks. I don't know if it's just the pictures/video, but that kitchen red is bright!

Hey Desta(nation);
Karen has family in Payson. Her sister Shawn lives there, and her brother Shuan lives there (ok her step-brother, but it sounds much funnier saying a bother and sister named Shawn/Shuan). We'll have to come by and visit and see all your kidlets.

Your new place looks so great! It will be nice to have lots of room. This is Beka, by the way...one of James'weirdo friends from Grass Valley.
And aren't we glad that there are still men (and women) in this world who are secure enough in their own obsession of the 80's that they can still sport a mullet? I ask you. Where would this world be without our mullets? I don't even want to think about it.

Missed you guys at church today. Emma was calling out "uh-oh" and there was no Zoe to answer the call. Why do the good ones always leave? Hope you like your new ward, but hope you miss your old one. :)

Hooray for you guys! Your house is beautiful! James, Jessica Thompson and her entire family (basically) all live out in Payson... are you sure it wasn't her husband sporting one of those fancy mullets?
